This is the last day of my second series of a “week-in-the-life.”

NO Alarm – slept in till 7:00 am – but drifted in and out of sleep till 8:00 am.

My daughter came in to chat and play till 8:20 am.

8:20 am – started to stretch in bed.

8:30 – 9:15 am- 4 Minute Morning – changed bed sheets – wash up – get dressed – dry windows from condensation – brought laundry downstairs to run a load – check email – had to send off an email to grade parents.

Make my daughter her breakfast. (My husband and son had left at 8:30 for my son’s swimming lesson)

MY BREAKFAST –  1 Small Banana – 1 1/2 Cup frozen Spinach, steamed – 1 1/2 Cup Cooked Quinoa/Rice Flakes w/ 1 tsp. Pure Canadian Maple Syrup – 1 Soft Boiled Egg – 2 Walnuts – 3 prunes – 12 oz. Water.

10:45 am – Leave for pool.

11:00 – 11:30 am  – MY WORKOUT – 30 Minutes of Swim Drills + stretch in Jacuzzi, 16 oz. Water (while my daughter had her swimming lesson).

Shower / change – Take away container of vegetables (carrots/ celery/ cherry tomatoes/ red peppers/ broccoli – 12 oz. Water

12:45 pm – Arrive home – MY LUNCH – Leftover Steak w/ Romaine Salad – chicken, yams & sweet potatoes – steamed Kale.

1:15 pm – My son had a friend over, made them lunch

 

2:00 pm – 8oz. Japanese Green Tea

2:30 pm – SNACK – Mary’s Sticks & Twigs – 60z. Water

Clean Kitchen – laundry – computer – vacuum main floor

4:00 pm – Clean up garden – pull out summer plants – take garbage out.

4:30 pm – Help kids decorate front of house  for Halloween

5:15 pm – Prepare dinner

6:00 pm – MY DINNER – Green Salad w/ chipotle seasoned Chicken – 1 1/2 Cup Kelp Noodles w/ Spot Prawns & Fresh Halibut – 1 Cup steamed Green Kale – 1/4 Cup Red Wine – 2 Squares chocolate – 12 oz. Water

6:30 pm – Clean kitchen

7:00 pm – Watch 20 minutes of the kids movie with them.

7:30 – 8:00 pm – Get kids to bed. (Eat 2 of my son’s Worther’s candies – 1 piece of dried papaya)

8:00 – 8:30 pm – de-seed 2 pomegranates for tomorrow

8:30 – 9:40 pm – input log/ work on computer

9:40 pm – Get ready for bed. Do evening stretches.

10:30 pm – Lights out.
