Under this heading I will be posting articles that relate to proper hydration.

Often, when I talk with health care workers, be it doctors or ER doctors, one of the most common things they tell me, is that most of the cases that doctors see on a daily basis can be remedied with:

  • better hydration
  • more sleep
  • regular exercise
  • better nutrition/ eating habits

“When diet is wrong,

medicine is of no use.

When diet is correct,

medicine is of no need.”

-Ayurvedic Proverb
