This is Day 2 of my second series of a “week-in-the-life.”

7.5 hours of undisturbed deep sleep.

Radio alarm at 6am. Finally awake enough to start stretching in bed at 6:30 am.

6:45 am – 4 Minute Morning (Week 3 – DAY 7) – Make bed – Wash up – Get dressed.

7:00 am – making breakfast and preparing kids school snacks.

                                                                MY BREAKFAST:

Banana – 1 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach steamed with fresh lemon & oil. – 3 small pieces French Toast -Quinoa/Brown Rice Bread (batter made from 1 egg/ 2TBPS. Water/ 1 TBSP. ground Chia&Flax meal). Pat of unsalted butter & 2 TBSP. Pure Canadian Maple Syrup. 12 oz. Water. 1/2 Cup Pomegranate seeds.

7:45 am – Prep to leave house for morning commute to kids schools. (8am first drop off, 8:25 am second drop off).

8:30 – 9:00 am – Input log + stretch neck and pectoral muscles, while waiting at school for a class parent meeting.

9:00 – 10:00 am – Class Parent Meeting.

10:00 am – Fill up at gas station + stretch at pump. Thirsty, wished I had brought water and a snack with me.

10:15 am – Pick up fresh fish at fish market.

10:30 am – Home. SNACK: 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds – 12 oz. water – 1 Cup Lamb Stew w/ 3 TBSP. Amaranth puffs – 12 oz. water.

Tidy / clean house/ do laundry/ change son’s bed sheets.

11:15 – 11:45 – Walk 14.5 year old dog (more like a stop and sniff kind of a stroll).

12 noon – Prep for workout

12:15 – 1:00 pm – WORKOUT @BodyRockTv Completed in 14 minutes, 40 seconds + 30 minutes of Ashtanga Yoga. – 6oz. Water.

1:15 pm – MY LUNCH: 12 oz. Water – Romaine Salad (red Peppers, cherry tomatoes, celery, spanish onion) 2 chicken drumsticks, sweet potatoes & yams w/ unsalted butter, 12 oz. Water – 1 square chocolate.

1:45 – 2:15 pm – Computer

2:15 pm – SNACK2 Rice cakes – shower.

2:40 pm – SNACK1 TBSP. each Pumpkin Seeds and Hemp Hearts, 6 oz. water.

2:45 pm – Leave to pick up kids from school. 2:57 pm park and run to school to pick up first kid.  Rush back to car arrive at lot by 3:22 pm rush up hill to pick up second kid.  Rush back to car.

3:40 pm – Arrive home – SNACK on Mary’s Tomato and Chipotle Sticks (1 Cup?), 18 oz. water, while son changes into his Gi.

4:00 pm – Arrive at Martial Arts studio.  Watch son’s class (write and stretch).

5:30 pm – While making dinner – SNACK on Mary’s Tomato and Chipotle Sticks, baby carrots (5), snap peas (5)

6:00 pm – MY DINNER: Appetizer – Green salad (Romaine w/ broccoli, red peppers) Caramelized onions + panfried Halibut. Main Course – Pumpkin/Ginger Rice Noodles w/Lamb Stew, Side of Sweet Potatoes & Yams w/ unsalted butter, 5 baby carrots, 5 snap peas. 1/4 Cup Red Wine. 12 oz. Water, 2 Squares Chocolate

7:30 pm – Clean up dinner dishes and kitchen, help kids with homework. 12 oz. water.  While cleaning up finished leftover salad and broccoli (~1 cup).

8:00 pm – Kids to bed. (Side stretch while kids brush teeth).

8:30 – 9:00 pm – Computer.

9:00 – 10 pm – Wash 4 toilets, 6 sinks and counters, two shower stalls, laundry. (12 oz. Water)

10:15 pm – Wash up for bed.

10:30 pm – Stretches.

11:00 pm – Lights out.

Aim for 7 hours of sleep.
