This is the fourth day of my second series of a “week-in-the-life.”

6:00 am – alarm.  Too much in a fog to move. Started stretching in bed around 6:20 am.

  • Knees to chest
  • Single leg hip flexor stretch, repeated a few times each leg
  • Bicycle to ceiling with feet under duvet
  • Seated Spine Rotation, initiating movement from hips
6:40 am – 4 Minute Morning (Week 3 – DAY 7) – calf stretches – make bed – wash up – get dressed.
7:00 am – Make breakfast for kids

MY BREAKFAST: Small Banana – 1 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach, steamed w/fresh lemon juice & oil – Quinoa/Rice Bread French Toast (batter made of 1 egg/ 2TBSP.Water/ Ground Chia& Flax meal) – 12oz. Water – Slice Gala Apple.

7:50 am – Leave house to begin commute to kids schools – first drop off at 8:05 – second drop off at 8:25 am.
8:45 am – Arrive home. Change into workout clothes. Tidy kitchen and dishes from breakfast – run dishwasher, clean stove elements and hood vents, vacuum second floor.

10:00 am – WORKOUT @BodyRockTv 15 minutes + 30 minutes of Ashtanga Standing Postures + first 4 seated postures + 3 backbends + closing postures  – 12 oz. Water

11:00 am – Let dogs out – input info on computer, email etc.
Caballa / Atlantic mackerel (Scomber scombrus)

11:15 am – MY LUNCH: 1 Cup Pumpkin/ Ginger Rice Noodles + ~4 oz. Atlantic Mackerel (prepared night before) w/caramelized onions + 1 Cup steamed Green Kale + 1 Cup boiled Rutabaga + 12 oz. Water

12: 00 noon – Laundry + dust and tidy my son’s room, reorganize frames and art on his walls

1:00 pm – SNACK –  Red pear, 6 oz. Water, ~ 1 Cup Mary’s Sticks & Twigs, continue house cleaning till 2:30 pm.

2:00 pm – SNACK – 4 Walnuts, 4 Prunes, 12 oz. Water

2:30 pm – Shower

2:45 pm – input log

3:00 pm – SNACK Small Red Pepper

3:10 pm – Leave to pick up my son from school. (My husband is picking up our daughter from school today).

3:25 pm – Walk quickly up hill to school from parking lot

3:30 pm – Walk quickly down hill back to parking lot

3:40 pm – stop at coffee shop for my son to have a snack before his martial arts class

4:00 – 5:00 pm – While I watch his class, I write.

5:15 pm – Arrive home and prepare dinner – SNACK on baby carrots and green beans.

6:30 pm – MY DINNER1 Cup White Rice w/Wild Rice mixed in ~4 oz. Ling Cod & caramelized onions, 2 spears Broccolini, 1 cup Boiled Rutabaga, ~ 15 steamed french green beans (and some left over chicken meat from a drumstick). 3 squares chocolate + 12 oz. Water

Tidy up kitchen – run dishwasher – wash pots by hand.

7:30 pm – 2 pieces of green tea gum (Spry)

8:45 pm – SNACK – while cutting up a fresh pineapple for tomorrow, I snacked on about 1 cups worth

– Made a batch of Sweet Kabocha Soup

9:00 pm – Kids to bed late – No School tomorrow.

9:30 – 10:00 pm – Work at computer

10:15 pm – Night stretches – wash up for bed

10:45 pm – Lights out. Plan to sleep in.
