This is the fifth day of my second series of a “week-in-the-life.”

No Scheduled Workout today – Rest & Recovery Day.
No Alarm – No School – Slept in till 7:30 am
7:45 am – slowly started morning stretches in bed
8:00 am – 4 Minute Morning (Week 3 – DAY 7) – make bed – fold and put away laundry – wash up – dry windows from morning condensation
9:00 am – Make breakfast for kids
MY BREAKFAST -Banana, 1 1/2 Cup steamed Frozen Spinach w/ fresh lemon juice and olive oil, 1 Large boiled egg, 3 squares of Brown Rice Cakes, 12 oz. Water, 8 oz. Japanese Green Tea
10:20 am – Drive my daughter to a play date
10:50 am – Arrive home – laundry + tidy up, email and work at computer for school volunteer job
11:20 am – SNACK – 2 Cups Kabocha Pumpkin Soup
12 noon – Make lunch for my son and his friends
12:30 pm – MY LUNCH – Leftovers from last nights dinner: 1 Cup White Rice w/Wild Rice, 1 Cup sweet potato and yams with unsalted butter, ~4oz. combined Atlantic Mackerel & Lingcod w/ caramelized onions, 8 french green beans, 1 spear broccolini, 12oz. Water
Complete volunteer work for school at computer.
1:30 – SNACK – 1 Square chocolate, 12 oz. Water
1:30 -2:15pm – Dust daughter’s room and master bedroom, 12 oz. Water
2:20 -2:45 pm – leave to pick up my daughter from her play date and return home.
3: 15 pm – SNACK – Pumpkin Seeds + Walnuts + 3 prunes
3:45 pm – SNACK – 3 slices of Apple, 6 oz. Water
3:50 pm – 4:30 pm – Stroll with our old dog Stella (14.5 year old Ridgeback)
4:30 pm – SNACK – Mary’s Sticks & Twigs, 6 oz. Water
4:40 – 5:30 pm – Walk our younger ‘old’ dog Ruby (10 year old Ridgeback) with my daughter, jogging and walking quickly through trails and bog.
5:30 pm – SNACK – Mary’s Sticks & Twigs, fresh pineapple, 1 TBSP. hemp hearts, 6 oz. water
6:30 pm – MY DINNER – at our favourite Japanese Restaurant: 2 oz. grilled steak, Spanish Mackerel sashimi w/ginger and miso – 12 oz. Japanese Green Tea, seaweed salad w/lemon juice, 1 piece B.C. roll
7:30 pm – Arrive home, work at computer till 8:30 pm. – 2 Squares chocolate, 5 Gluten-free cookies (something I ate irritated my tongue…maybe the cookies?)
8:30 – 9:00 pm – Kids to bed
9:00 – 10:30 pm – Work at computer, input 3 days of log.
10:45 pm – Shut down for the night. No evening stretches.
11:00 pm – lights out.
